Sophie Low
Sophie was educated in New Zealand, obtaining an Honours Degree in Technology from Massey University and studying various postgraduate courses as she worked as a Project Manager for various multi-national companies, moving into product development and management until becoming a Capability Engineer for Alcatel-Lucent.
She then studied for diplomas in personal & professional coaching before setting up her own company Hughes & Low (www. hughesandlow.com) where she is involved in training, problem-solving, facilitation and coaching focused on effective people, processes, teams and leadership. She also works with individuals & teams to help increase personal and operational effectiveness.
